I had a situation last Friday (3/3/23), regarding an accident (not my fault) & spoke w/Leslie to help me out. Leslie, was able to tell me information I wasn't sure of. Not only that, Leslie took it upon herself to make a phone call teallyo make sure what the other Insurance company was telling me was true. What I mostly like about her is no matter when I call & she assists me it is always very professional, knowledgeable & accurate. I wish I could bottle her up & whenever I call any business, I could open the bottle & there would be Leslie to help me! I can honestly say, I appreciate her customer service skills ??%. If I call & Leslie is not available, she makes it a point to get in touch w/me in a timely manner. With all that said, I am happy to be w/Premier Group & even more happier Leslie is an Agent.... Exceptional customer service Marjorie for a great Auto /Renter insurance policy. If you're looking for cheap auto insurance go see her in Lakewood Colorado. We have been with premier many years. The renewal of our policy had increased, she found better pricing without us requesting. We are going to be saving over 80.00 a month. THANK YOU!
